Bangu Aggrey Fred has vast experiences and knowledgeable in both public and Civil Society Work, management, people skills and mentoring having worked in many organization within and abroad.

He has worked as Resident District Commissioner for Luuka and Buyende Districts, Chairperson LCV for Kamuli District, Board Member of Uganda Red Cross Society, Project Manager Busoga Trust for Water and Sanitation, Field officer for Action Aid PAPSCA Infrastructure project under World Bank and Technical team leader, Multi Sectoral Rural Development Programme, Busoga Diocese.
